Which lab companies can we use if we’d like to take advantage of lower cost lab assessments for Members?

We are excited to partner with Evexia Diagnostics as our 3rd party lab provider. They offer an array of conventional and specialty lab tests that may be self-ordered by Members.

Evexia offers blood markers, samples for which can be collected at Quest Diagnostics locations throughout the country.  They also offer functional test kits from a variety of labs.
